Revcon delivered the Renovation design and construction of I.M.I Ltd office blocks and Globe Motors’ premium auto show room and workshop located in the bustling commercial hub of Victoria Island. This facility was conceived to meet the brand’s high standards for vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance, while providing a modern, customer-friendly environment….>>>>>
The workshop layout was engineered to maximize workflow efficiency, from vehicle intake and diagnostics to repair bays and final quality checks. Durable, high-grade finishes were specified to withstand the demands of daily operations, while specialized mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were integrated to support advanced automotive equipment.
Given its high-visibility location, the design also incorporates a brand-focused exterior, projecting professionalism and reinforcing Globe Motors’ reputation as a leader in Nigeria’s automotive sector. Customer reception and waiting areas were designed with comfort and transparency in mind, ensuring clients can observe the service process in a secure and pleasant setting.

Revcon Nigeria Limited undertook the design and full construction works for the remodeling of Inkastrans Ltd.’s head office, transforming the existing structure into a modern, functional, and brand-aligned workplace.
The project’s primary goal was to create a high-performance office environment that supports operational efficiency while reflecting Inkastrans Ltd.’s corporate identity. This was achieved through a complete spatial reconfiguration, façade upgrades, and the introduction of premium interior finishes.
Special attention was given to space optimization, improving staff workflow, and integrating modern office amenities such as flexible workstations, executive suites, collaborative meeting rooms, and well-appointed reception areas. Mechanical and electrical systems were updated to meet current efficiency and safety standards, ensuring long-term sustainability.
