Scope: Design and Construction
Location: Ohaji Egbema, Imo State Nigeria
Revcon Nigeria Limited was commissioned to design and oversee the development of this exclusive two-level residence in Imo State. The building adopts a distinctive hexagonoid form, giving it a striking architectural presence and a unique spatial flow. The roof structure, framed from properly prepared lumber, crowns the design with both durability and visual elegance.
Upon entry, residents and guests are greeted by a grand, sculptural staircase, a central interior feature that sets the tone for the rest of the home. Large windows and carefully positioned openings maximize natural lighting and ventilation, while ensuring privacy and comfort.
The design carefully integrates functional zoning for private and communal living, ensuring seamless circulation between spaces. High-quality materials and a thoughtful palette were chosen to enhance both longevity and aesthetics, blending modern design elements with a warm, inviting atmosphere.
